Rapid Help doesn't process payment for jobs. The price shown is set and confirmed by the provider, but paying it is something you arrange directly with the provider, outside the app. Because we never hold the money, there's no refund process through Rapid Help — any pricing disagreement is between you and the provider.
You can cancel a job at any time while it's still "Requested". Cancelling notifies any provider who had already sent a request that the job is no longer available.
Once you've accepted a provider, please cancel as early as possible if your plans change. A provider may, at their discretion, ask you to cover a callout fee if they've already traveled or begun preparing for the job — that's arranged directly between the customer and provider.
If a provider fails to arrive or complete an accepted job without notice, please report the no-show via Contact Support, including the job number, so we can review the provider's account.
If you're unhappy with completed work or the price a provider is asking for, first try to resolve it directly with them. If that doesn't work, raise it through Contact Support — see our Complaints & Disputes Policy for how we review these. We can review conduct and, where appropriate, take action on an account, but we can't issue a refund since we never processed the payment.
